It is well below freezing here in Washington D.C., and hundreds of thousands of pro-life activists will flood the streets from the White House to the Capitol (the mainstream media will report the crowd 50% below the actual attendance as in past years). What do these pro-lifers have to gain by this? Is there financial advantage? Is there prestige? Are there some groups of people these marchers don’t care about? The answer is not only “no” to all, but they pay to come here.
Pro-life activists are constantly ridiculed by mainsteam media, TV comedians, and liberals protective of Planned Parenthood. In fact, it is Planned Parenthood that has so much to lose if Roe v. Wade is overturned, as they are on record of receiving ONE MILLION DOLLARS….. A DAY in tax dollars. The pro-life marchers respect life and that is the sum of their dedicated march. All life, no groups are excluded, no financial pay off, no profit to be made. Only the hope that America’s leaders will hear them.
When President Obama spoke about his concern about guns, he stated, “If there is one step we can take to save one child, we should take it.” So, Mr. President, how do you explain voting four times in the Illinois legislature against a “Born Alive” bill that would have protected those babies marked for abortion but born from being saved? When does innocent life deserve protection? One can only hope and pray that he will peer out of his window in the White House and observe the hundreds of thousands of pro-life marchers who would like to know the answers.
